At Miika Mai, we understand that sometimes a product may not be quite what you expected. If you’ve changed your mind, please read and follow the return conditions below.
If you wish to return an item, please notify us by emailing sales@miikamai.com.au within 10 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, in perfect condition
All original tags must be attached
The item must be returned in its original packaging
Returns must be received at our PO Box within the 10-day window: PO Box 2119, Wellington Point, QLD, 4160
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns that do not meet these conditions.
If you believe your item is faulty, you are entitled to a refund or exchange. Please contact us at sales@miikamai.com.au with:
A description of the fault
Clear photos showing the issue
Your order confirmation or proof of purchase
Please note:
General wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault.
If your item arrives damaged in transit, please send us a photo of the condition on arrival so we can assess and assist promptly.
